Today I have made tasty delicious mixed vegetables sabji bengali style recipe. It's very easy and simple quick recipe. It's perfect side dish with rice.
Steps

Wash all vegetables nicely and cut into small pieces.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai add panch phoran, green chillies red chilli, bay leaves saute few seconds, add ginger paste and saute then add all vegetables pieces, salt, turmeric powder mix it well, cover and cook on low flame some times, stir occasionally and cover. Vegetables cooked it's own water(vapours) not add extra water.

Once vegetables allmost cooked then add roasted cumin, coriander powder,sugar,garam masala powder mix it and cook another 4-5 minutes. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, mix it, turn off the flame.

Panch Mishali Torkari (sabji) is ready to serve.
