An instant and an easy Salad with Sumac and the three Summer Fruits that are easily available just before the onset of the Monsoon and are there even after the Season for a few days. Therefore these need to be enjoyed before they are gone. Though Pears and Sweet Lime are available for a long time but Peaches are gone soon.
Not only is it yummy but also a quick one too. Nothing much required to do at all. Just cut and toss. That's it.
It's a delicious Fruit Salad and can be enjoyed as an afterschool treat or even for a quick brunch.
Sweet Limes keep our heart healthy and helps us in getting rid of harmful Cholesterol. Also helps in lowering high blood pressure thereby keeping a check on it.
Not to forget that they are the richest sources of Vitamin C and also contains a lot of other Vitamins and important plant compounds as well.
Pears are rich in Vitamin K and C apart from rich in Fibre. They are rich antioxidants and Potassium too. Peaches are also absolutely healthy and nutritious. They are powerhouses of Vitamins and Minerals. Contains Carotenoids which have anti cancer properties.
Thus there is no doubt that a cup of these delicious and healthy Fruits makes your day by all means.

Steps

Cut all the fruits into small pieces and add to a bowl. Toss with the rest of the ingredients mentioned for a yummy instant salad.

Sumac is added just for the extra zing. It gives that subtle flavour much similar to the tangy nature of the sweet lime but it's too mild. I chose to add it for it's aroma.

Chat masala is optional. You can add it according to your family's preferences. This instant summer fruit salad is an excellent one on any day. Enjoy!
