And let’s say you invite a group of friends over for a summer catch-up, you obviously need to entertain. And what better way to entertain adults than with alcohol. Assuming you can make this happen but on a budget, be rest assured one bottle of wine will go a long way with this spritzer. Don’t say I never taught you anything, I’m trying here.

FIRST SERVING OPTION: fill individual glasses with ice then fill equal amounts of wine and sprite. Stir gently. Enjoy!

SECOND SERVING OPTION: add ice to a decanter, pour full bottle of wine and corresponding amount of sprite (set aside 250ml of sprite to get an equal part wine and sprite mixture). Stir and allow individuals to serve onto glasses as in or with additional sprite
