Today I have made tasty delicious kakrol sabji. It's very easy and simple quick recipe. It's perfect side dish for dal rice.

Today I have made tasty delicious kakrol sabji. It's very easy and simple quick recipe. It's perfect side dish for dal rice.
Steps

First wash the kakrol nicely, wipe it and peel the skin. Now cut the both ends then cut fine strips. Same way potatoes cut into strips.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai add nigella, chopped green chillies saute few seconds then add kakrol and potatoes pieces, mix it, add salt, turmeric powder mix it, cover and cook on low flame some times. Stir occasionally and cook.

Once potato and kakrol pieces are almost cooked then add mustard paste and sugar mix it well and cook another 3-4 minutes on high flame till becomes dry the sabji.

Kakrol dry sabji is ready.
