Ingredients

  • 1 pccucumber
  • 2 cupcurd
  • 1green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tsproasted Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder fr sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash peel and grate the cucumber,
    Fine Cut the chilli.
    Add salt,chat masala, and roasted Cumin powder.

    Now add curd and mix well
    Transfer the Raita in a bowl.
    Sprinkle the red chilli powder.
    Serve chilled..😋👌
