Steps

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in ginger garlic and fry well.

Add in chicken and bhoono well.

Add in yoghurt,tomatoes,turmeric,chilli powder,salt,cumin powder,black cardamoms,garam masala powder,coriander and mint and cook till chicken is tender.

Mix in onion and colour.

Boil rice with salt,cloves,green cardamoms and bay leaves.

Layer chicken and rice together.

Drizzle screw pine on top.

Cook covered on dum for 15 minutes.

Serve hot.
