Sago and potato Puri (farali)

Tapioca pearl or sago along with raw potato recipes can be eaten on fasting..
It tastes soo delicious..
As today is Ekadashi fast, so I made Puri and banana Raita..

Steps

Firstly take a sago in a clean dry cloth n wipe it,then make a power form with the help of the grinder.
Remove the powder in a bowl. - 2
Now the same grinder adds potato halves, chili and ginger,try to grind without water,if it is dry,add 2 tblsp of water and make a pest.
Add in sago powder.
Now add sesame,salt, chilli flakes and fresh coriander leaves and knead the dough, cover it n give rest fr 10 mnts - 3
After resting make a big ball from the dough and roll a medium thick big chapati,cut with round cutter mold..make all Puris.
Heat the oil.
When oil is ready,fry 3-4 Puri at a time..remove and transfer to the kitchen ppr. - 4
Now, Yummy Puri is ready
Set in a plate and serve with banana Raita..
Enjoy the fasting dish..🙏👌😋
