Put butter, brown sugar and pineapple syrup into the pot. Stir until the sugar dissolve. Allow it to boil 2-3 minutes. Then pour into the mold, spread all over. After that place the pineapple and cherry. Set aside.

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees celsius. Sift cake flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In the mixing bowl, put softened butter and sugar, beaten until turn to light brown in color. Divide the mixed flour into 3 parts and divide the pineapple syrup into 2 parts. Add the mixed flour alternately with the syrup. beat at low speed. Then pour into the mold.

Bake at the preheat for 35 minutes or until turn to golden brown. Let’s it cool down for 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the mold. Let’s enjoy 😉
