  2. 500 grmushrooms
  3. 3white onions
  4. 2 tbspflour
  5. 1 litermilk or cream
  6. salt, ground black pepper to taste
  7. 2 tbspbutter if no cream
  8. vegetable oil for frying mushrooms
  9. 400 grcheese

    Cook turkey or chicken in your favorite way. I pre-roasted a piece of turkey with salt and poultry seasoning mixed with butter.

    Приготовить индейку, или курицу, любимым способом. Я заранее запекла часть индейки с солью и специями для птицы, смешанным со сливочным маслом.

    Mushrooms, I have royal champignon, cut into medium slices. Onion 🌰 with feathers.

    Грибы, у меня королевский шампиньон, нарезать средними ломтиками. Лук перьями.

    Fraing mushrooms with onion until onion is soft. As usual, first evaporate the liquid from the mushrooms, then add the onion and a little vegetable oil. Salt.

    Add one or two tablespoons of flour. Without a slide. Mix well. Pour in milk or cream. With a whisk, very carefully, stir the mushrooms with onions so that a creamy mass is obtained.

    Добавить одну - две, столовые ложки муки. Без горки. Качественно перемешать. Влить молоко, или сливки. Венчиком, очень осторожно, размешивать грибы с луком так, чтобы не образовались мучные комочки, а получилась кремообразная масса.

    Bring the sauce to a boil while stirring. Boil literally two, three minutes, until a state of thick sour cream. Add butter, if you have milk like mine, mix well. And take it off the fire.

    Довести соус до кипения, помешивая. Уварить буквально две, три минуты, до состояния густой сметаны. Добавить сливочное масло, если у вас молоко, как у меня, хорошо перемешать. И снять с огня.

    Grate the cheese on a large grater. Cut the turkey meat into small slices or pieces. Spread evenly into a baking dish.

    Натереть сыр на крупной тёрке. Мясо индейки нарезать небольшими ломтиками, или кусочками. Выложить равномерно в форму для запекания.

    Top with mushroom cream sauce. Close the top with cheese.

    Сверху грибной сливочный соус. Закрыть верх сыром.

    Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Ideally, if it turns brown. 😃

    Запекать в разогретой до 190 градусов духовке, примерно 20 минут, пока расплавится сыр. Идеально, если он зарумянится. У меня в этот раз не захотел. 😃

    Serve Julien hot, or cooled, in portions, or like me, right in the large form in which he was baked.
