Steps

Boil potatoes for 3-4 whistles. Let it cool down completely. Then peel & mash potatoes.

In a mixer jar add green chilies 4-5, ginger & 4-5 green chilies. Grind into paste. Add this paste into mashed potatoes. Also add coriander chopped & salt & lemon juice.

In a bigger pot add besan + salt. Add water. Make thin consistency of batter.

Take bread slice.Spread potato mixture on the sauce evenly. Then place second slice over it. Press little. Then cut it into traingle.

Heat oil in kadhai. When oil is hot, dip the bread traingle into besan. Coat besan on all sides of the bread. Then drop coated bread into hot oil. Fry on medium flame. Fry from both sides.

Fry all bread pattice on medium to high flame. Once fried take them out.
