Steps

Take a cooker add moong dal, rice, turmeric, oil,water and salt in it and make 2 whistle

Heat up the ghee in pan add rai in it and saute garlic,onion and tomatoes in it

Add chilli powder and dhabiya jeera powder in it and saute well now add boiled dal khichdi in it mix and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add lemon juice at last and enjoy it
