  1. 1 1/2 cupsrice cakes (about 40 grams)
  2. 5 1/3 ozdark baking chocolate (about 150 grams)
  3. Coconut flakes, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

  2. 2

    Crush the rice cakes and add the melted chocolate. Stir well with a spatula.

    Add coconut flakes to taste. Mix well.

    Fill your silicone molds. Freeze for 1 hour.
