Deep fry Boiled baby potato

Take a kadhai heat up the oil add all the khada masala in it and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add onion tomato garlic green chilli in it and saute for 4-5 minutes

Add all the spices and salt in it and saute for 2 minutes and off the gas and let it cool down

Now transfer that into mixing jar and make smooth paste

Put oil in same kadhai add kasuri methi in it and add these paste in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes

Now add little water adjust consistency and add potato cook for 3 minutes

Dum aloo is ready enjoy it with paratha and achar
