Aashadh month special tikhat poori is prepared in this season. Crispy & flaky pooris make this monsoon more delightful.

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour + Jowar flour + besan + fine semolina+ all spices+ green paste. + oil. Combine all ingredients well.

Add water gradually & make a stiff dough. Apply little oil on dough. Cover the dough & keep it aside.

After 20-25 minutes, check the dough. Knead it well & make equal sized balls. Roll each ball thicker than roti. Cut pooris with sharp object like tiffin lid Or glass.

Heat oil in a pan. Let it heat well. Drop ready poori into hit oil. On high flame fry pooris. Flip once it puffs up. Fry on both sides until little brown.

Take out ready pooris into plate. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup. Relish with hot cup of tea in rains!!😋
