  • 500 gthinly sliced beef
  • 1.5white onions, sliced
  • 2 tspginger, grated
  • 1.5 cupwater with 1 tsp dashi powder
  • 2 tbspmirin
  • 4 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspsugar

  1. 1

    Med-high: add liquids and dashi powder

  2. 2

    Add sugar, onions.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 mins or until onions are translucent

  4. 4

    Add beef, simmer for 10-15 mins. Remove scum
