In the monsoon/rainy season this kanda karela Subji and fulka roti is very famous..
Steps

Peel and cut the bitter gourd horizontally,remove the hard seeds, add salt,Squeeze and leave fr 5-7 mnts.

After rest, Squeeze the bitter gourd and wash it.
In a pan put oil cumin seeds and hing when Cumin sputter add squeezed bitter gourd pieces and saute well.cover it
In a second pan add little oil,saute onion and crushed chilli garlic ginger and add it into bitter gourd. - 3
It doesn't take much time to cook.
Now add salt,chilli coriander, turmeric powder and lemon juice mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 mnts and remove from the gas..
Subji is ready, transfer into a bowl, sprinkle coriander and serve..
Eat with fulka rotis and Enjoy..👌😋
