8-16 servings

2.5 cupsquick oats
1 cuplight brown sugar
1 stickmelted butter
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract

Pre heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients together until well combined

Place in a greased baking dish. I lay down aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Cook 10-15 minutes until it turns dark brown. Cut into squares while hot. It will harden as it cools
