Steps

Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp oil, boil it. Strain rice, add in the boiling water, cook it until 90% cooked. Turn off the flame.

Strain cooked rice, immediately put under running water to stop cooking. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. in goes green chilli, ginger, garlic, saute it for 30 sec.

Add onion now, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add all the veggies, also add salt accordingly, mix well. Stir fry it for a minute.

In goes boiled rice, mix it well.

Add in black pepper powder & red chilli flakes, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame. Take out in a serving bowl or dish, garnish it with a dhania patta.
