These tikkis are easy to cook and tastes great. For many who don’t like raw banana much, this recipe is a bliss!!

Peel and boil the raw banana until soft with turmeric powder and half the salt.

Mash the cooked banana, mix all the ingredients and remaining salt, to form an uniform mixture. Take a portion of Laddu size and give it the shape of tikki.

Heat oil in tawa, place the tikkis on the boundary. Cook in medium flame until the bottom is brown, flip and cook other side too.

Beautiful tikkis are ready to serve as part of main course or as evening snack, dipping in coriander chutney/ketchup.
