Mango Khamani with the help of Khamani. Mix the mango pulp in a bowl, now add salt and turmeric and mix it without draining it.

Stir well now add sugar and stir well

Now tie a light cloth over it and keep it in the sun. In 7 days, shake it twice a day so that the sugar does not stick to the bottom and it dissolves quickly. After seven days, after the sugar has dissolved, add Kashmiri red chillies and stir it and fill it in a jar. The mango pulp is ready.
