In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, oil, salt, and lemon juice.

Add the paneer cubes and bell pepper to the marinade and stir to coat.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading the paneer and bell pepper.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).Thread the paneer and bell pepper onto the bamboo skewers.

Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the paneer is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Serve hot with your favorite chutney or naan.
