Mix all dals, millet,methi seeds wash it well and soak overnight or for 6 hours.

Grind the dal mixture finely (don't add more water) make thick flowing batter. Transfer to a bowl cover for an hour.

Add salt and mix it. Heat dosa tawa grease oil pour a ladle full of batter spread it cook on low flame to make crisp dosa.

Serve dosa with chutney and aloo subji.
