In a deep bowl add the warm water, dried yeast and sugar mix them and let them for 10-15 minutes

In a second bowl we mix flour, salt and we add the water and the mix from the first bowl, after mixing all these ingredients we adding oil and we cover it with a blanket and leave it for 45-60 minutes to getting double.

We prepare 2 bowls one with water and sugar and the other for sesame

When our flour dough is ready we take it off the bowl and put it on a clean table to cut it. We try to cut the pieces around 80gr each

We can either made them straight or rounded.

Before we put them on the tray with cooking paper we slightly deep them in the sugar water and quickly to sesame.

We preheat the oven 200° and bake them in the middle for 15-20 minutes (20 if we want them more crispy)

We serve them plain or adding anything we like(sweet or salty)
