Wash and clean the fish properly.Cut the fish into pieces accordingly.Mix the fish pieces with onion paste garlic paste cumin seeds powder turmeric powder red chilli powder and salt.Keep it aside for 5minutes.

Heat oil in frypan and add the fish pieces into it.Now toss the fish both the sides for 5minutes till it gets fried.

Odia style rohu fish fry ready. Serve with slice onion slice lemon and red chilli.
