Wobbly jelly with vibrant hues are used in various desserts or can be relished as it is. It can be prepared easily in a jiffy. Flavoured and colourful jelly crystals are dissolved in boiling water and left to set for while and tadaa..our firm yet wobbly jelly is ready. Jelly crystals are gelatine/agar agar based dessert ingredient with colour and flavour. Jelly's playful texture and vibrant colours make it popular amongst all age groups.
Today, I have prepared jelly and set it in Mosambi shell, sprinkle some black sesame seeds to give perfect look of watermelon.

Steps
- 1
Prepare jelly as per instructions. Cut mosambi in halves. We need shell, so squeeze juice and then clean the shell.
- 2
Now set mosambi shells in katori or bowl and fill it with prepared jelly mixture. And let them set in the refrigerator. Although jelly sets without refrigerator but it sets firmly in the refrigerator and we love chilled or cold desserts.
- 3
Once set, cut into quarters and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- 4
Enjoy watermelon look alike jelly.
- 5
Note:
Can use Raspberry jelly.
Consume it once set, there is a chance that bitterness of mosambi rind seep in jelly if kept longer.
