1 cuprajgira flour
1 tbspnjeera powder
1 tbspn pepper powder
1/4 cup chip ginger paste
3 boiled potatoes
1/2 tbspn oil
Salt to taste

Assemble all the ingredients grate the boiled potatoes

Take the rajgara flour in a bowl add all ingredients to it.add water as required and knead it into a dough

Take oil knead and then make small round balls as shown in pic

Roll out the parathas roast it on both the sides on a tawa

Rajgara stuffed parathas are ready to serve
