Peel the potato, cut in to pieces, cut the green chilli

Put the pan on medium flame pour the oil or ghee as you wish... Put the chopped green chilli in oil, then put some red mirch powder toss all together

Then add the pieces of potato, toss it, add some ground nutpowder, sugar and salt per taste

Toss all ingredients and pour some water, and on medium flame cook the potato.... Cover with led.. then potato will cook early

Your potato is ready to eat... Put some yoghurt and eat it... It's very tasty and healthy... If you tired with shabudana it is best option for fasting
