Drain the tuna. Add all the ingredients to a bowl except for the oil and panko. Mix it well.

Add the panko to a plate to coat the pucks. Form the tuna mixture into a puck. Coat each puck with breadcrumbs. Stack on a plate. Separate with wax/butter paper. Repeat till done. Put into the pucks into the refrigerator to chill for an hour.

After about an hour, I took a nap. Heat the oil and fry the puck medium high heat. Fry till done and move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Repeat till done.

Let rest when the last one done for 6 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!!
