Ingredients

15 minutes preparation 1 hour roasting

  1. 4medium size beets
  2. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  3. 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4 teaspoonpepper (Optional

Steps

15 minutes preparation 1 hour roasting
  1. 1

    Wash the beets and place it in a baking pan and roast it at 400°F. for about 1 hour. Let it cool off and remove skin.

    Dice or slice the beets and season with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Ready to serve.
