Easy, Quick, and Delicious Chicken Curry
For this week, I made chicken breasts in a super easy and delicious curry sauce. This dish originates from Asia and is made with a blend of spices. Curry recipes vary a lot depending on the region, and its color depends on the ingredients in the mix. It often includes some of the following spices: chili pepper, basil, star anise, celery, saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, dried onion, cilantro, clove, cumin, turmeric, fenugreek, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper, or tamarind.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Heat some oil in a skillet, sear the chicken, then remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic.

When they are just golden, add the chicken back in and cook, then season with salt and pepper. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the curry powder and stir so all the chicken is coated.

Finally, add the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 more minutes on low heat, and it's ready to serve! You can serve it with a mound of rice and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley for color.
