Ingredients

2-3 person
  1. 100 gmChenna or Paneer
  2. 75 gmHung curd
  3. 1Kashmiri red chilli (soaked)
  4. 1 tbspChopped Olive
  5. 1-2 tbspChopped Jalapenos
  6. 1 tspcrushed Oregano
  7. 1dry tomato
  8. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  9. 1 tbspgarlic
  10. 1 pinchblack pepper
  11. Salt as per taste

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients other than jalapeno and olive in a mixer jar.

    Make a smooth paste with spread constantly, than add small chopped cut jalapeno and olives and mix it well.

    Spicy spread is ready to serve, garnish with chopped jalapeno, olives and some small dry tomato pieces.
