For this recipe I used cooked brown rice left over.

For this recipe I used cooked brown rice left over.
Cooking Instructions

Heat up 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry the shrimps until have a pink color. Reserve on the side.

Add a couple tablespoons vegetable oil to the wok and stir fry garlic, ginger, and shallots for a few seconds.

Add and stir fry, peppers and broccoli. Must be cooked al dente.

Incorporate the edamame beans, and bean sprouts.
Add brown rice, diced omelet, and heat it up. - 5
Add shrimps, and mix. If you wish you can split the shrimps length wise before mixing.

Serve in a platter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Brown rice and hijiki seaweed are key ingredients in macrobiotics. I think (and it may be just my own perspective) brown rice tastes the best when it is cooked with just a few ingredients.(I prefer using white rice when I want to add a lot of ingredients. lol.)Please refer to how to cook delicious brown rice for detailed directions when you cook the brown rice. You do not need to rehydrate the hijiki seaweed. Just rinse it lightly with water.
