First of all sift both the flours and baking soda and baking powder.

Then take curd and powder Sugar in a mixing bowl and mix it well. After that add butter and mix well. Add sifted flour in it and mix well.

When everything is mixed properly,add milk powder and vanilla essence to it, take some milk and stir it. When it reaches a dropping consistency,fill the gressed cup cake moulds with the mixture and put some tutti fruty on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes. If you are cooking on gas,put Salt in a non-stick pan, put a stand on it, arrange the Cup cake moulds in a perforated dish and keep it on slow flame for 35 minutes.

To check the cup cake, put a toothpick/ knife into it and if it comes out clean, then the cup cake is ready. If not then put again for 5 minutes.
