Adding wheatflour salt kasoori maithi red chili ajwain in flour making dough. Roll a paratha serve with laddy finger vegetable.

Steps

Take a big bowl add barley flour & wheatflour.
Add all spices mix well it properly. - 2
Add water & make soft dough & rest 5 minutes.
Take small portion make a loi. - 3
Roll with pin. Make roti.

Heat a tawa add ghee. Put pararha. Flap it. Add ghee.

Cook both side brown & crisp.

Ready crispy paratha.
Serve with laddy finger vegetable.
