My Creamy Buttered Chicken in A Buttered Cheese Sauce

Pre- heat oven 180°C

Dip the chicken breasts in the water.

Next add the flour to a bowl, add the spices mix in. Slice the onion into thick slices

Dip both Chicken breasts in the flour mix. Grease a small oven dish about 2 inch depth add the chicken breasts

Add the butter pieces all on top of the chicken and add to the oven for 15 minutes.

Grate the cheese. Add the milk to a bowl and the water mix then add to a saucepan.

Add the Cheese into the milk mix and bring to the boil. Turn to low and simmer until cheese has melted into the milk.

If its not thickened add a tsp cornlour/Starch in a small amount of cold water then add to thicken the sauce.

Bring out the chicken and pour the sauce over the chicken cover with aliminumin foil and add back to the oven for a further 15 minutes

Bring out the oven and serve while hot with some vegetables
