Tandoori mayo Roti Frankie

Filling— in a pan add oil/ butter, add onions sliced, then grated carrot, sliced Simla mirch(bell pepper), corn, baby corn. Add a pinch of salt. Stir fry well. Add 1 tbsp tandoori mayonnaise, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and cook for 1 min.

To make frankie, take a roti, cook with a bit butter on pan just for 1 min, remove, apply tandoori mayonnaise on it, in the center length wise add the filling, add cheese on it. Fold it properly.

In preheated oven grill the frankie till it crisp and cheese melts.

Serve hot immediately. Enjoy
