Steps

Assemble all ingredients, take boiled raw banana, potato and chop onion.

Mash raw banana + potato, add all spices + salt. Add ginger + chopped onion + chopped coriander + bread crumbs and mix nicely. It will form dough like.

Grease palms and start pinching medium portion from mixture and give shape of cutlets.

Coat with corn flour and Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then shallow fry till golden brown.

Shallow fry under low to medium flame.

Fry both sides and cutlets is done.

Sprinkle with Rock Salt and serve hot hot.

Serve with onion rings and enjoy super food.
