In a mixing bowl add your Oat flour, Baking powder, Protein powder, salt and preferred sweetener. Mix it all together and set aside.

In another mixing bowl add your wet ingredients, Plain yogurt, lemon zest and milk.
Add to dry ingredients and mix together. Scoop into lined muffin tins. Top with some blueberries bake and enjoy!!!
