Barley flour whole wheat Roti is a super soft flatbread which is prepared with out oil / ghee. Just for serving I smeared a drop of butter.

Barley flour whole wheat Roti is a super soft flatbread which is prepared with out oil / ghee. Just for serving I smeared a drop of butter.
Steps

Mix barley flour, whole wheat flour, salt together.

Sprinkle water and knead a soft dough.

Cover the dough for 10 minutes.

Dust some whole wheat flour.and start rolling to thin flat Breads.

Heat a tawa... put the barley roti and cook for 40 seconds. Cook both sides.

It puffs up well like pulka.

Barley whole wheat Roti is ready to serve.
