  • 1 cuprefined wheat flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspoil
  • Water for kneading the dough
  • For salad
  • 1/4th cup grated cabbage
  • 1/4thcup grated carrot
  • 1/4th cup onion rings
  • 1/4 tsppepper powder
  • 1/4 tsplemon juice
  • For soya tikki
  • 2boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/4th cup soya granules
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspgaram masala
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • For spread
  • 4 tbspTandoori mayonnaise
  • 4 tbspred chilli sauce
  • Grated cheese

    Mix jowar flour and refined flour and knead a medium dough. Using the ingredients in the section roll chapatis and cook lightly

    For tikki, mix ingredients in the section, roll and shallow fry on medium flame

    Mix the salad ingredients. Now collect all the things for plating

    On the roti apply tandoori mayonnaise, put roll in between add salad, sauce and cheese. Roll them

    Cook on slow flamw for 2 mts or bake at 100 degrees for 5 mts. Serve healthy wraps
