Jowar (Barley) Wraps with Tandoori mayonnaise

Mix jowar flour and refined flour and knead a medium dough. Using the ingredients in the section roll chapatis and cook lightly

For tikki, mix ingredients in the section, roll and shallow fry on medium flame

Mix the salad ingredients. Now collect all the things for plating

On the roti apply tandoori mayonnaise, put roll in between add salad, sauce and cheese. Roll them
- 5
Cook on slow flamw for 2 mts or bake at 100 degrees for 5 mts. Serve healthy wraps
