We received a lot of tarako as a gift, so I made this.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water.

Slice the tarako lengthwise, open it up and scrape out the insides with the back of a knife, removing the membrane. Reserve 1/4 of the tarako to use as decoration.

Put the milk and butter in a bowl and microwave for 40 to 50 seconds at 600 W to melt the butter.

Add the tarako and soy sauce and mix well.
- 5
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
- 6
Serve with shredded nori seaweed and the remaining tarako (set aside earlier) on top.
