Put a pan on the gas pour some oil toss onion and Tamatar now make paste of onion Tamatar lahsun adrak and Kaju

Now in the same pan add some oil make a Tadka of jeera haldi Dhaniya powder then add some Lal mirch powdernow add the paste of onion and tamatar and toss for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add the mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 minutes

Serve the mushroom curry with chapati aur Naan
