Steps

First of all pic soya chunks and put it them in a hot water for 3 to 4 minutes then remove it and strain it Soya chunks easily get cooked.

Take oil in pan and khada masala like bay leaves,star flower, cinnamon clove, cardamom etc and also add ginger garlic paste in it.then add chopped onion and stir it up to onion become transparent

Now add chopped onion and add salt so that onion become transparent early. Now and red chilli powder garam masala salt as per taste and add water in it

After preparing masala add boiled soya chunks. after squeezing and mix it well. Then add coriander leaves and curry leaves for 2-4 minutes keep it on medium flame.then serve with hot chapati roti
