Purify jackfruit. Then add jaggery and suji while slowly adding milk until thick batter is formed.(ref picture)

Cover and rest this for half an hour. Later add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and grated coconut and mix. Finally add baking soda and 1tsp milk along with it. Grease utensil to bake.

Now pour batter in greased utensil. Then add sliced dryfruits on top and steam it on slowly boiling water for approx 15 minutes. Cool it and serve it in pieces.
