Steps

Add oil as per requirement and heat it

We fry paneer till it turns light pink. Will keep stirring the cheese all around with the staptula. Add 2 pie of garlic leaves and four pieces if green cardamon in oil and let them crackle. Put 4 pie of medium size onion 10 pie garlic nos stair until it become soft.

Add 4 medium size tomato pie and cook for 1 min until it's become soft. Now let's it cools, put in a grinder add 1" ginger and make a paste.

Put 1medium size finely chopped onion remaining oil and fry it.now add tomato paste and stair for 2 to 3 min.now add dry spices 10 pie crushed caschew will also add the 10 pie caschew which I had soaked in 1 /2 cup of water.

Add half cup of fresh cream and it will cook the spices well.

Now add one cup of water and cook for 2 to 3 min.and the oil turns separate then our spice is cooked well. Add fry cheese and let it boil in the gravy.now we will take it out in all in serving bowl and put creon top for temping. This is completely optional we will serve along with puri naan.
