Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and mix with the vanilla sugar.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Stir it into the egg yolk and sugar mixture.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour the mousse into the ramekins. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Before serving, decorate the butter cookies using a piping cone and melted chocolate. Let them dry a bit, then stick them into the mousse at the edge of each ramekin. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top and serve!
