Ingredients

  • 1 cup[240ml] cream (at least 36% fat)
  • 2,tsp lemon juice/vinegar
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all in jar and shake well

  2. 2

    Cover jar with fabric in room temperature for 24 hours then it's ready to serve

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for two weeks

  4. 4

    Liquor may separate at bottom this is not a problem. Just mix and use
