A healthy and tasty sweet Laddu snack for guests and festivities.
Steps

Heat pan and add 1tbsp ghee. Fry edible gum till all gums pop up.

Add 1tbsp ghee and add poha to the pan. Roast till poha becomes crisp.

Again add one tbsp ghee to the pan. Fry cashew and almond pieces till nuts become crispy.

Roast sesame seeds, grated coconut, and poppyseeds one by one for 1/2 minute.

Roast peanuts.

Now place all above ingredients in a mixer jar and grind coarsely. Add cardamom & nutmeg powder and mix well.

Then add 2 spoon ghee to this mixture and mix well.

Take small quantity of the mixture in palm of your hand and press it to give shape like a ball. Your healthy and tasty ladoos are ready.
