In a pan add everything and mix well.
On medium heat, cook stirring in one direction. It took me about 15 minutes before it started releasing ghee. Once it’s frothy and releases ghee, transfer in a greased tin evenly. - 2

Do not press or tap at all. I garnished with few strands of saffron. Cover with a foil and let it stand for 10 minutes. Cut in squares and cover and let it cool completely. Enjoy
