Proso millet khichdi
Steps

Take proso millet and moong dal, fry moong dal for five minutes. Let it cool add millet and clean with plain water couple of times. Keep ready.

Cut the above given vegetable,onion,green chillies and tomato keep aside.

Keep a kadai on stove, add ghee let it heat, add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies and onions fry till golden colour.

Then add all vegetables, saute for five minutes in low heat, add salt mix well.(If you want add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder)

Vegetable half cooked add three cups of water.let it boil, add moong dal. Close the lid for five minutes.

Now add proso millet mix well.Check the salt, Mix and close another ten minutes in low flame. (My kadai was small so I tranfer to big nonstick pan) Remove the lid give a quick mix. Tasty proso millet khichdi is ready.

Add coriander leaves and one table spoon ghee mix well and transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Super healthy and tasty proso millet khichdi is ready to serve.It's easy to make. Serve it hot with any chutney. Coconut chutney is the best choice.(Your choice)Enjoy Proso millet khichdi.
